OurFamilyWizard pricing at a glance (checked 2 November 2026)
| Plan | One-year plan | Two-year plan | What sets it apart |

| Entry plan (listed as "Choose your own") | $110 a year ($9.17+ a month) | $220 every two years | The basics: 1 GB secure file storage, receive-only calls, optional add-ons such as OFWpay payments |
| Essentials | $149.99 a year ($12.50 a month) | $276 every two years ($11.50 a month) | 45 minutes of calls a month, Writing Assistant, schedule and parenting-time change requests, expense tracking, GPS-verified check-ins, unlimited PDF records, 5 GB storage |

OurFamilyWizard's own pricing page marks Essentials as the most popular plan. The monthly figures are what the company shows for each plan; the amount you pay is the annual or two-year total.
Because each parent needs their own subscription, the cost for the pair is double the figures above, unless one parent pays for the other. On one-year plans that is $220 on the entry plan, $299.98 on Essentials, $432 on Premium and $599.76 on Max (our sums from the listed prices). The two-year plans lower the monthly rate and raise the amount you commit to up front.
For comparison, Co-parenting costs $107.88 for twelve months at USD 8.99 a month for the whole family, and AppClose and TalkingParents are priced per account. See co-parenting app pricing compared.
OurFamilyWizard says it has been trusted by millions for over twenty years, it has dedicated pages for courts and practitioners, and it lists services that the other apps here do not, such as notarized records mailed to you. If your court order or settlement names it, or your lawyer or mediator works in it, the price is the price. If you do not need those things, it is worth comparing: read OurFamilyWizard alternatives.
