In Settings, you can export the app's calendar to your own — and import your personal calendar into the app. (Only you can see your own calendar there.) The sync works both ways, so you can customize the app to get the content you want, where you want it.

Use Pictures & Notes to Build a Digital Album

The Pictures & Notes tool gives parents and other important adults their own access, so you can share photos from the children's everyday lives with each other — and, at the same time, collect them into a digital album the children can keep for the future. You retain all rights to your pictures (unlike on Instagram, for example), and all the lovely photos live in one place. Whether you contribute together or from your different vantage points, the care you both show this way benefits the children.
