How to Cancel the App

We hope you're happy with the app, but we understand there may be reasons to cancel. Here's how to cancel your subscription through Apple or Google Play, step by step — and how to delete your account.

Your subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so canceling always happens there — never inside the app itself. Note that deleting your account does not stop billing: if you want to stop paying, cancel the subscription first.

Cancel via Apple

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Apple's support site has more detail on managing and canceling subscriptions.

Cancel via Google Play

  1. Open your subscriptions in Google Play on your Android device.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions.

Google Play's help pages have more detail on managing and canceling subscriptions.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

  1. Open the Co-parenting app. If you don't have the app installed, visit https://co-parenting.app/login
  2. Go to Settings > Delete Account > Done

Your account and all associated information are now deleted. We keep your information for six months, and during that time you can restore your account. Information you have shared with others stays in their accounts — deleting your account does not affect theirs. Remember: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it through the App Store or Google Play as described above.
