The Family Calendar That Fills Itself In
Photograph a school notice, forward an email, or import school term dates — the AI fills in the shared co-parenting calendar while you just check and save.
Struggling to keep track of the kids' activities — gear, game times, canceled practices? Here's how the app lets you enter the information once and share it with everyone who needs it.

The core idea is to make sharing information about the kids as easy as possible. When you and your co-parent share what matters with each other — and with others who need to know — activities and changes are visible to everyone as soon as someone enters them.
No one has to write in their own calendar and then text reminders on top. The app also shows you whether your co-parent has seen the information yet.
Go to the Calendar and tap the orange plus on the right > Activity.
Enter:
Press Save, and the activity is added and shared. Done!
Once an activity is added and made visible, it appears immediately for you, your co-parent, the children, and anyone else who needs to know. You enter the information once, and it reaches everyone who needs it. Efficient!
If someone adjusts the activity later, it updates instantly in the app, so everyone always sees the same thing. That saves time — no texts, no emails. And because everyone sees the same information in the same way, there's less room for misunderstandings and conflict.
Rather than reading the newsletter for dates yourself, you can let the AI pull them out — from a photo, a forwarded email or the newsletter itself.
If you enable notifications under Settings, you'll get reminders about activities — a lifesaver on busy mornings when the lunchbox for the school trip must not be forgotten.
And if you sync with your own phone calendar, it's hard to miss what the kids (and you) have on the agenda. Everything under control!
Tip!
You can also add activities that concern only you — just set the visibility so no one else sees them. Private and secure.
